We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / In house CPA for  to join our team. As the CFO/CPA you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. This is a key leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills.

A background in education or real estate would be an ideal fit. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's goals and objectives

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making purposes

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting .

- Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and risk assessment

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

- Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Proven experience as a CFO/CPA or in a similar senior finance role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards (GAAP/IAS)

- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights

- Proficient in fiscal management and budgeting processes

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
