Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients to improve their physical function and quality of life. You will work closely with patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing support and education to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations to determine patients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  •  Design and implement personalized therapy programs that may include exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
  • -Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve mobility, manage pain, and utilize strategies for daily living.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.


    **Qualifications:**

    - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
    - Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist.
    - Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
    - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with a commitment to helping others.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
