Housekeeper

This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including cleaning, organizing, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout an establishment. Housekeepers are integral in creating a positive experience for our residents, significantly contributing to the overall reputation of our complex.
Duties:
- Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products, monitor and report on the inventory of supplies and ensure safe and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping in residential settings experience preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
- Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
